By downloading, installing, or using the Timora application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Timora ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Timora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

The app currently does not provide for account creation. In future versions, new features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Security

Upon integration of account creation then you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

6.1 In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for new features that will be added in future versions or content. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your device's account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Timora operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
